  2. Photographers frequently get asked questions revolving around equipment with the insinuation that it’s the equipment that makes the finished product. This isn’t always the case. The highest end camera by itself is still only a tool; only a part of what goes into making a photograph.

The best camera a photographer can have is the one that is always around. In the past few years we’ve seen an explosion in cellphone photography. Leading to the creation of photo-based applications for phones, whole websites dedicated to sharing cellphone only images, and plenty of publications filled to the brim of amazing photographs taken with something small enough to fit in a pocket.

Photography is an amazing thing; only limited to one’s creativity and knowledge of the tools available. You can make beautiful images with any camera.

I’ve shared some of my favorite images that I’ve taken with my phone above.

  3. With my education adventure coming to an end at Seattle Central Creative Academy I am proud to be a part of this year’s portfolio show. Please come watch my fellow classmates and my own story “UNFOLD.”

Feel free to visit the student built website at SCCA UNFOLD.

  4. Every year SCCA goes out on a week shoot out in the Port Townsend Area. The second year students spend most of the year planning and with assistance from the first year students go out and work the entire week.
